Vestibular Services
Specialized diagnosis and management of vertigo, dizziness, and inner ear balance disorders.

What is the Vestibular System?
The vestibular system, located within the inner ear, plays a central role in balance, spatial orientation, and stable vision. It continuously sends information to the brain about motion, gravity, and head position.
When vestibular signals become inaccurate or unbalanced, symptoms such as vertigo, dizziness, lightheadedness, or a sense of disconnection can occur.
A Diagnostic, Patient-Centered Approach
Vestibular symptoms vary widely and can be difficult to describe. Our evaluation begins with a detailed history to identify patterns that guide testing.
We assess:
- Triggers (position changes, walking, visual motion)
- Duration (seconds, minutes, or hours
- Associated symptoms (ear fullness, tinnitus, headache, cognitive fog)
This information allows us to select the most appropriate diagnostic tests and avoid unnecessary procedures.
